the payment method. Complete
the Order Information and
Payment Information pages.
Use your browsers Print
button to take a print out of the
order form with the Order
Number.
Alternatively,
write your order on plain
paper giving your name,
address, postcode, telephone
number and order summary.
Write your
Credit/Debit Card Details on
the print out or paper. Be
sure to include the type of
credit card, the card
number, the start date and
expiry date (and issue
number for maestro cards).
