Pricing All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT)  (There is no reduction in price for overseas countries where VAT is not chargeable. The 17.5% involved has been allowed for in setting overseas postage rates).

If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.  A delivery charge may be added to your order as detailed on the Delivery Options page.

 
Availability We endeavour to display accurate product availability to you at the time of purchase. In certain circumstances availability may change after you place your order. If this does occur, we will notify you within 72 hours and you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.

If you place an order for an out of stock item we aim to despatch it within 30 days. If it appears that we will not be able to meet this timescale we will notify you immediately and you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.
