Returns and Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Goods We will replace any faulty or damaged goods or give you a full refund including any delivery charges within 1 month of despatch. If a fault develops after 30 days please contact us by email at support@linksandties.co.uk.  We will not refund your return postage costs.

 

If you're not Happy (excludes bespoke products) If, for any reason, you're unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition and packaging within 1 month of despatch. This excludes bespoke products. We will give you a full refund. We will not refund any delivery charges or your return postage costs.

 

Delivery Problems If we send you you the wrong goods, your goods don't arrive or there are other delivery problems please contact us by email at: support@linksandties.co.uk

 

How to Return Goods 1) Please fill in the invoice/packing note which came inside your parcel. This form helps us to process your return as quickly as possible. If you have lost this form, then let us know your name, address, email address and telephone number, when you obtained the product and whether you would like an exchange or refund.


2) Attach the Returns Label which came inside your parcel to the outside of the packet. If you have lost the label and are posting the box from within the UK then return it to:

3) Post your packet back to us. Please obtain a receipt of postage from the Post Office when you send the parcel back. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

 

Timescales We will issue your refund or send your replacement goods within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued. 


This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
